Storage of Your Personal Information
We only store your information on Microsoft Azure servers hosted in Australia. Should any breach occur we will notify You immediately.
We do not collect or hold any Credit Card information.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We will not disclose your Personal Information for any reason outside the terms of this agreement without your express consent. We may only disclose your information without Your consent if required to do so by law.
Access to Your Personal Information
You may request access to the information we hold about You at any time by submitting a request to info@erp365.com.au
We will process this request as soon as possible and provide You with the required information if we are permitted to do so by law.
Cookies
We also use cookies to track overall Website usage, and track and report on your interaction with our Website. This information is anonymised and reported on with Google Analytics. We have enabled advertising tracking from Google AdWords to assess the performance of our AdWords campaigns. You can opt-out of these features through Ads Settings.
We do not otherwise sell or distribute any personal information collected with Cookies to any third-party or partner.

If You wish to make a complaint about how we have handed your Personal Information, please email us at info@erp365.com.au with details of Your complaint.
We will provide a response within five (5) business days and investigate and resolve your issue as soon as practical.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. All updates, with identified changes, will be placed on our Website. Your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance to any amendments to the Policy.
